Entitlement Management and Negotiation services include providing an analysis of zoning, applicable city and county ordinances, restrictive covenants and other title commitment exemptions that may have to be deleted or changed to allow for the type of development contemplated.
Secure all required entitlements (platting, zoning, use rights, building permits, utility services, flood plain reclamation and development permitting, etc.) for the project.
Negotiate tax abatements or TIF financing requirements.
Meet and deal with all required governmental agencies, utilities, and neighborhood associations.
