Once all design information is basically complete, budgets are agreed to and construction contracts are let, Development Strategies provides the following services:

Material and Equipment Orders

Development Strategies works with the contractor to make sure that all materials and equipment (structural steel, elevators, etc.) are ordered in such a way that they will be delivered when needed according to the project schedule.

Project Overview and Meetings

Development Strategies acts as the owner's representative at all construction progress/update meetings. Development Strategies oversees contractor's activities to make sure that critical dates are met.

Project Accounting/Construction Draw Management

Development Strategies handles all project accounting and provides monthly reports reflecting project progress and cost-to-date compared to budget. Development Strategies compiles and approves all draw requests and provides one request for payment per month to the owner for review and payment.

All change orders which could increase the cost of the project are reviewed by Development Strategies and the owner for approval.
